So, aerobic is not only sprint course. Don Colbert, M.D. through his book titled &#8220;What You Don’t Know May Be Killing You&#8221; says there are 10 benefits of aerobic sports, likes:</p>

<li>Aerobic sports can lowering blood pressure. High blood pressure is a major cause of stroke and heart attack. Consume drugs for lowering your blood pressure can cause side effects such as fatigue and impotence, but if you always perform aerobic with well-organized every time, you will not get side effects from these drugs.</li>
<li>Prevent blood coagulation. Physical exercise training every day can increase the size of blood vessel in the body, so your body can reduce the risk of blood coagulation.</li>
<li>Reduce risk of diabetes. Aerobic can improve blood sugar control in diabetics people who are dependent with insulin, so diabetics people can reduce dependence on the needs of insulin injection.</li>
<li>Reduce body weight or diet program. For women, this may be occupied the first rank why do the aerobic. The fact that the Obesity or overweight can cause high blood pressure, diabetes, arthritis, and various other diseases.</li>
<li>Help improve the rate of metabolism. By increasing muscle mass, exercise can improve the body&#8217;s basic metabolism rate. This is the most secure method to achieve these goals.</li>
