Return Your Energy After Works

Sometime, everyone always tired about their work at the office but working time is still long. Weekend day is the best way to fully rest your body and mind after tired everyday of work but that day is still long. This condition can reduce your productivity and performance at work.
All you need right now is some tips to restore your energy after working all day. Tomorrow you’ll be ready to work in the office with more energy and spirit.
A few tips that you need to return your energy after works:
- Get enough sleep.
With enough and good quality sleep it is necessary to restore and prepare the energy for tomorrow. To get quality sleep, make sure your room has adequate ventilation so that room air is not to hot or not to cold, use comfortable material for your bed and pillow then make your lighting in your room not so bright.
- Be confident.
When you awake in the morning, look your self in the mirror and say this:” I’m is extraordinary and very special man/women”. This confidence will give you a positive energy so you can make this day more comfortable. The alternative way, think of 10 reasons why you are so amazing and so special in the eyes of people that you know, like your family and colleagues even your boss.
- Take a deep breath.
When you wake up in the morning and take a little time to take breath with fresh air in the morning. Brain will be get enough oxygen so your body will feel more fit and more energy. Streching your body, like a cat who awakened from sleep. This movement is very good for the muscles flexibility so that you can make this day with more spirit and more energy.
- Eat and drink properly.
Only consumption of healthy food and drink. Trust me, breakfast is the most crucial because breakfast is the main energy source for your all activity in a day. Choose type of food with good nutritive for your breakfast menu. Make sure you also drink a lot of water all day long.
- Go on foot.
Park your car little further from your office. Then take the stairs instead the elevator. Continue with the walking to reduce a risk for osteoporosis and make smooth your blood circulation so your body never get easy to weak and lose energy.
