Weekend day is the best way to fully rest your body and mind after tired everyday of work but that day is still long. This condition can reduce your productivity and performance at work.</p>
<p>All you need right now is some tips to restore your energy after working all day. Tomorrow you’ll be ready to work in the office with more energy and spirit.</p>
<p>A few tips that you need to return your energy after works:</p>
<ol>
<li>Get      enough sleep.</li>
</ol>
<p>With enough and good quality sleep it is necessary to restore and prepare the energy for tomorrow. To get quality sleep, make sure your room has adequate ventilation so that room air is not to hot or not to cold, use comfortable material for your bed and pillow then make your lighting in your room not so bright.</p>
<ol>
<li>Be      confident.</li>
</ol>
<p>When you awake in the morning, look your self in the mirror and say this:” I’m is extraordinary and very special man/women”. This confidence will give you a positive energy so you can make this day more comfortable. The alternative way, think of 10 reasons why you are so amazing and so special in the eyes of people that you know, like your family and colleagues even your boss.</p>

<li>Take a      deep breath.</li>
</ol>
<p>When you wake up in the morning and take a little time to take breath with fresh air in the morning. Brain will be get enough oxygen so your body will feel more fit and more energy. Streching your body, like a cat who awakened from sleep. This movement is very good for the muscles flexibility so that you can make this day with more spirit and more energy.</p>

<li>Eat and      drink properly.</li>
</ol>
<p>Only consumption of healthy food and drink. Trust me, breakfast is the most crucial because breakfast is the main energy source for your all activity in a day. Choose type of food with good nutritive for your breakfast menu. Make sure you also drink a lot of water all day long.</p>

<li>Go on      foot.</li>
</ol>
<p>Park your car little further from your office. Then take the stairs instead the elevator. Continue with the walking to reduce a risk for osteoporosis and make smooth your blood circulation so your body never get easy to weak and lose energy.</p>

<p>There is some tips that you can use to overcome and prevent colds:</p>
<p>1. Keep Your Body Warm. Cold and wet air can make you sick. If the air is cold, use warm water to take a bath and put on some warm clothes.<br />
2. Drink fruit and vegetable juice or combination of both. Vitamins in the juice can increase your imunity against disease.<br />
3. Consumption of vitamin C as the recommended dose. Generally normal limits of vitamin C a day is 500mg.<br />
4. Eat regular meals with nutritious food.<br />
5. Keep the throat moist. Decrease these kind of food, sweet foods and fried foods or junk foods because it causes a sore throat.<br />
6. Drink plenty of warm water. If possible add a few drops of lime into water. For someone has ulcer, just 1-2 drops of lime.<br />
7. Enough rest and don’t stay up at night. Your body will be recharge energy when a sleep so it can fight the germs or bacteria.<br />
8. If the snot out of your nose, pour boiling water in a medium container and put a few drops of eucalyptus oil and then cover your head with a towel and breathe in the fumes.<br />
9. Eat chicken or vegetable soup. Eat a soup can increase your nose circulation which makes germs and bacteria out of our body systems.<br />
10. Frequently wash your hand with soap to avoid bacteria and germs.</p>

If you have a few things that I said before, you have insomnia that generally causes the frustrated for adults people. Difficult to sleep at night can lead to health worsened. Can also trigger depression. The sleeping trouble experienced might be different to everyone, but generally caused by the stress of work and financial problems that are often experienced by many people.</p>
<p>However, you can try these following insomnia tips to overcome your difficult problem  to sleep:</p>
<p>• Stop Feeling Anxious. Forget everything about the issues or problem that you deal with every day, this will only make you hard to close your eyes.</p>
<p>• Avoid Exercise 2 Hours Before Sleep. Exercise before bed, or 2 hours before bed will reduce your mind and body relaxed because your muscles are tense to work even if you have finished exercise.</p>
<p>• Avoid The Stimulus. Do not consume caffeine at night, avoid alcohol and smoking, especially before bed. I recommend drinking 1 cup non-caffeine tea or a glass of warm milk to make your body more relaxed.</p>
<p>• Create Comfortable Sleeping Zone. Make comfortable zone at your bedroom as you needed, such as good air circulation or make warm room to sleep, turn light on or prevent dark bedroom, turn off electronic equipment at your bedroom if you have it. Do not work, eating, drinking, watching TV and reading in bed.</p>
<p>• Drink a little water before bed. Drink too much water before bed will disrupt your sleeping comfort because you will be awakened only to go to bathroom.</p>
<p>• There is a time to sleep. If you often sleep during the daylight this will cause your sleep cycle will be disrupted and you will have difficulties to wake up in the morning because you are still a wake at midnight.</p>
<p>• Make your bedroom comfortable. Remove all of the issues before bed. Don’t take your problems to bed, those problem only make your dificult to sleep. Calm your mind before going to bed.</p>
<p>• Stay away from beds. When 15 minute passed away you still can’t sleep, get up and leave your bedroom and do something, such as bath with warm water, reading books or doing streaching can make you more relaxed again.</p>
